Land Shark Commercial Pool & Spa offers residential pool and spa maintenance services on a weekly basis.
We can also provide maintenance services during the winter months if requested.
In addition to maintenance, our team is committed to equipment repairs, remodeling services, and addressing any items requested by the homeowner.
Residential Pool & Spa Maintenance
We promise to keep your pool or spa in outstanding condition for the enjoyment of your family and friends.
Cleaning
Weekly maintenance includes removal of debris from the pool and spa, inspection of the pool, inspection of pumps and cleaning of pump baskets, inspection of associated equipment, adjustments of equipment controls, testing of water quality, and addition of chemicals necessary to achieve water quality conforming to industry standards and legal requirements.
Repairs
We specialize in handling a range of repairs and complete replacements for pool equipment, plumbing concerns, and updates or upgrades to chemical systems. Our priority is to repair the damaged item whenever possible before a full replacement. Our team is dedicated to providing you with the best solutions to ensure your equipment operates at optimal performance.
Certified Pool Operators
Our technicians undergo Certified Pool Operator training prior to servicing any residence. This course provides our technicians the knowledge, skills and techniques for proper pool maintenance.
We adhere to all Health Department guidelines and promptly inform our property managers any industry updates.

POOL OPENING & CLOSING
Pool Opening (start up)
Our standard seasonal opening includes the following services:

Remove winter cover and store

Install handrails and ladders
-
Chemical test & balance
-
Remove all winter plugs and store
-
Start up pump to circulate water
-
Brush all plaster surface and vacuum pool
-
Backwash sand filter (if applicable)
-
Start heater
Pool Closing (winterization)
Our standard seasonal closing includes the following services:

Remove all handrails, ladders, etc.

Winterize and clean the filter and bleed pressure gauge
-
Winterize and clean out pump basket
-
Winterize salt generator and clean cell
-
Turn off heater
-
Remove skimmer basket and return eyeballs
-
Ensure all valves are left in open position
-
Blow out all plumbing lines and install winter plugs

Apply cover
-
Clean up any trash and tools
-
Apply winterizing chemicals
All items below can be added on at an additional cost to your invoice at the start up and/or closing.
*Clubhouse or onsite bathrooms can be cleaned at the opening and winterized at the closing
*Deck Furniture can be added to for set up or stored away
*Power washing the concrete decking
*Some pools may require an acid wash depending on how winter conditions affected the pool
